It is possible, but why would you want it? Pixel Shader 3 wouldn't increase speed or fix graphics errors, so there really is no reason add it. If there are going to add it, don't expect to see it any time soon.

the pixel shaders 3 increase speed and fix graphics errors

What makes you say that?

in dolphin play to pixel shaders 1.1 the fps is 2 in pixel shaders 2 is increase to 4 fps the new version of pixel shaders increase this emu

apparently... u don't know much about emu or gfx coding so if u want ps3, try to code it! Go for it :O

From what I know about PS3 (which may or may not be true), PS3 is basically a highly refined version of PS2. The graphical quality isn't any better, but it's much more efficient. So in theory it would run faster, but I've never coded anything in my life so I'm probably wrong.

just becuase the graphics card can go faster doesnt meen the emulator will, Most of the bottle necking is at the core of the emu. Its like saying my uber 32987234987234 gf will run it at full speed and it wont.

Errr there won't be any difference. The reason ps1.1 is slower than ps2.0 is because 2.0 can cut corners that 1.1 effects can't, just like fixed function pipeline effects generally are much slower than ps1.0 effects. Ps3.0 offers some more advanced shader routines, which aren't even used by the gcn afaik. IMO 3.0 was just a waste of time, I havn't really even seen anything truly worthwhile come from it.

I've already asked this question. Next time, search.
