This is NOT video editing, a computer controls the whole show. Saw it on Good Morning America.

The police made the guy shut it down, it caused too many traffic accidents.

That's quite bloody amazing, if the music actually plays along with it then people would've complained about the noise... still its quite amazing if thats real-time.

It is real-time. He broadcasts the music from an FM transmitter.
