Hydro Thunder Problems

Ok whats the best emulator for Hydro Thunder. I tried Project 64 that did work, it came up with a message saying that the rom was i had wasn't a valid rom. When i used 1964 with the plugin it just had a black screen, the plugin intialized fine though. HELP!!!

Works well here with PJ64 + default plugins. I suggest you scan the rom with GoodN64. It's probably the case that you have not extracted it from an archive or it is a bad dump.

Ok i did that and it said the room was good. It still doesn't work with either. Is there some plugins i should have or something extra?

It says it's loading but when it finishs i still have just a black screen and it stays black until i close it.

ok now that its working is there a way to get sound working in 1964 i see that there is plugins for project 64 and other emulators.
