why would you want to play it on dolphin. you can only hook up your GBA with the gamecube.
the dolphin emu can't interface with another GBA emu so of course it won't work.. wel even if it did boot.

Four Swords works for me (at least Hyrulean Adventure mode does in Single Player) with Dolphin 1.02. I remember waiting a very long time for the intro to finish to reach in-game. The frame rate was in the single digits even with the dynarec enabled. Plus, this thread is nearly a year old and was bumped by Naruto_Fan.
