i have dolphin 1.03 and i have a 2.7 ghz, 1 gb ram, 256mb radeon graphics card computer , which should be really fast, but when i play super mario sunshine it emulates at .20 fps, which is extremely slow, not even 1 fps, shouldnt it be a lot faster with all the stuff i have on my computer?

Nope, it should not be fast. It is slow for everybody regardless of system specs.

It is slow Because the GameCube is a 128-bit System. Which of the Current Computing stage is 64-bit. So no wonder it's slow, eh?
Not only that but Dolphin is currently a BETA, And the code Needs alot more optimizing and the Dynarec has alot of room for improvements.
