I need help........

I downloaded the Dolphin Emulator(The most up-to-date one) and when I try to use it, nothing happens.(When I click on the icon[Double-Click]) Whats the problem?

Okay, it's probably working now. The only problem is: When I try and open up the emulator, it goes fullscreen, then back to normal, then it just disappeared.
