Convert my goodNES set from zip to 7-zip

So I have a goodNES set here, with each individual rom zipped to individual archives. They're all set up in the folder structure x:\roms\goodnes\wherever, with wherever being USA, Japan, Hacked, what have you. Is there an easy way to make all of that into one of those nice 7-zip archives automatically?

Haven't found a tutorial on it yet. Can any of the good frontends do it automatically?
