I've got Surreal64 for my xbox, and I was wondering if anyone here know if I can update the Project64 part of Surreal64 just by deleting the old Project64 part, and copying the new one into that directory??

I don't think that would work. Even though the XBOX uses the PC architecture, I'm sure significant modifications were made to the PJ64 1.4 source in the XBOX port.
