I have found a way to turn off the touchpad mouse in my Dell Inspiron 1000

1. Do you have adobe acrobat if soo what version 6 or 7
2. If your having a hard time viewing it here's a zip version of it

First if it's giving you 404 error I'll take take your on it then.
but when I go on it works the pdf loads the zip loads up great for me
if your using aol then it probably won't work. In IE and Mozilla FireFox as well as their other mozilla clones it loads up fine for me and my neighbor's

Well i don't have a laptop, so I can't tell you if it works.
I notice you spend 2.5 pages teaching a user to go into safe mode. There are easier ways to do this; just hit F8 at boot.
The tutorial itself is very clear and mostly readable, but it'd be better with paragraphing instead of hitting enter after every line. Also, could use some punctuation. Sounds like good content to put on a webpage.
