(ePSXe) FF9 FMV Skipping

No, I'm not talking about the Cargo Ship bug. I'm talking about a bug I've never encountered before tonight.

This bug makes skips over the FMV in the game. This includes the introduction FMV when you start up the system and the FMV when you choose new game. It probably applies to every FMV in the game. It doesn't cause the game to crash, it just skips over the movies.

Oh, and I'm already using 1.5.2, in case you're wondering.

It says the site is unavailable for viewing.

I'm using Pete's D3D for video. FFIX works fine on my computer, but it doesn't on my friend's. I'm using the same plug-ins too.
