A plugin I am interested in, but don't exactly know what to search for.

My friend informed me of a plugin that might be here for LoZ. He said there was a plugin that when I pull my bow in first person, I can use my bow to aim, I have no clue where to search for this at, but would appreichate it if someone could point me in the right direction (Or slap me and call me a noob because the plugin dosn't exist).
