View Full Version : Stupid Pokemon Snap!!!!!!!!!!!

I download the rom and i have only 2 problems with it!!!!! 1. The Pictures i take dont come up, there all black. 2. For some reason i cant move the camera around, i can only snap pics of whats in front of me, the first one i downloaded was giving me those problems, then a download the jap version from a different site and it did the same thing, then i downloaded a second emulator, and it still didn't work!!!!!!! Can some help me out???

1. Did you grab the newest RDB?

I can take pictures of all the pokemon just fine... I use to have a problem on the first level in PJ64 v.1.5...

Well it works a lot better but i still cant see the pics, so when i choose the pics to show i dont know which one came out good or bad?????

Are you sure you grabbed the newest Beta RDB (link i gave above)? It mentions the picture problem perfectly...
*pictures in PKMN Album use framebuffer. Game will run slower, so disable every time you have finished with the album (yes it's not ideal sorry).
Most likely they are talking about using the default plugin (Jabo D3d8 1.6), so go into options=>Configure Graphics Plugin=>Advanced and turn *Copy Framebuffer to RDAM* on. I think smiff or someone can tell me if i'm wrong or not about this...

well it worked, but it ran to slow, so is it ok if i turn Copy Framebuffer to RDAM* on just when i wanna see the pics?

ermm.. yes its ok...(pictures in PKMN Album use framebuffer. Game will run slower, so DISABLE EVERY TIME YOU HAVE FINSHED WITH THE ALBUM)

yeah, I've downloaded newest version of P64 and the update listed above. Tried copy framebuffer to RDRAM and pics still don't show. Also tried a ton of other things to fix...but nothing. Any help would be appreciated (picture attatched)

thanks, works now...but I was only running one instance of PJ64...just took 2 screens; cut and overlapped em :P
