Ok, so I was sitting down waiting for a Halo game to begin, and I glanced down at my control pad and saw something moving - and I was like WTF?! I looked down and I saw a spider living inside my pad! How random!

Bloody impressive that it could actually get in there.

You better start feeding it soon ;)

Would be cool if it started tinkering with the controller sensors...

If I could I would! The only way I can see that he got in is in the tiny tiny tiny gap between one of the two trigger buttons.

So no idea how he's going to get out!

By the way, despite a 3 hour Xbox Live session (the pad has rumble features, don't forget!), the spider is still alive!

Maybe it'll survive on the bits of dead skin from your hands? :P

You could always take apart the controller if you want to kill him and don't want spider guts squishing around between your buttons. :yucky: If it's anything like my PC joypad, it should just be a matter of unscrewing a couple screws and taking apart the two halves. Very interesting home he picked! :D

Very interesting home he picked! :D

Yeah, he picked it all by himself. And it was next to the PS2 pad and the GC pad as well. ;)

do you feed him?
I guess you could give him some smashed bugs through the tiny gap ;P

Maybe you could use his natural fear of newspapers against him.

Yeah and I missed it. :saint:

I'm afraid I may be guilty of digging a few threads as I reply to things after being away for a week! ;)

Makes you wonder how many spiders live in our opaque controllers.
