I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not because I'm kind of new to Nintendo 64 emulation but anyway heres my question: how in the hell do I save my games, and not just certain games, everygame i have from Banjo Kazooie to Zelda, please someone help me with this, if there is a solution....

For save states, yes. The recommended method is to save the same way you would were you to play on the real thing. Game dependent, of course.
