error message when trying to get Rice's plugin to work...

Hi

I'm trying to install RiceVideo 6.1.0c. I put RiceVideo.dll in the plugin folder, BMGLibPNG.dll in C:\Program Files\Project64 1.6\, and get the following error message when I go File > Options > Settings:


PROJECT64.EXE - UNABLE TO LOCATE COMPONENT

This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.


I've also tried it with "RiceVideo6.1.0" (one of the other files in the zip package) in the Project64 1.6 folder and in the plugin folder...most combinations I can think of, nothing works. Whats wrong?

Hm yes i spose that would be quite obvious in retrospect! But I've been looking around the forums and I cant find this file...could you point me in its direction please?
