Monopoly runs with incorrect aspect ratio

It looks as though it's squashed into the top half of the window (happens in windowed and fullscreen modes). Also, I have verified the rom.

Ok, incase anybody had this problem, I found a solution. I went to Options>Configure Graphics Plugin>Rom Settings and then changed the "Emulated Width" and "Emulated Height" to about 330 and 250 respectively. Yeah, it's kind of bootleg.
