problem with zelda

i started getting into emulation recently and anyway i started a zelda game on the newest project 64 - inside teh deku tree straight after i beat the boss and try to grab the heart container the game freezes - i dont get any error messages - just stops responding

any help with this?

Failed to load Word

Verify ROM and ROM settings

it's under Reference > verifying ROMs in the User Manual.

Do you use the latest RDB? If you do, then redownload PJ64 and do not download it, for me it has caused few hangs in OoT. If you don't, then download it. :p

don't spread FUD.
(or if you have specific proof of a difference, please give it).
the only current difference is that ABL is off, this makes the game run smoother and we don't know of any issues with it.
i also tell people to back up the original RDB when applying the new one..

FUD? And I did post something to the RDB topic about this, and I'm 95% sure it's not my computers fault.
