Well, uh, yeah... It seemed rather funny when I saw it in the first time... I mean, come on, an SNES cartridge inside a Mega Drive, ain`t that funny? :\

It is funny, if you can not beat it, break it...:D I would not be surprised if this have happened in real life, not by the person taking the photography, but there is always someone who does not realise that object A is not suitable for object B. Even monkeys are capable of selecting the right peice for the right slot.

Duh, the Genesis IS the Mega-Drive, it just has different names in different countries. The same way that Turbo-Graphics was called
PC-engine in Europe... Or vice versa...

Generally, those are design changes... And yeah, the Mega-Drive was the pal version of the Genesis. Or vice versa, I can`t really remember :)
