Zelda, Second fairy fountain

Hey guys, i just found the second fairy fountain, in Hyrule field under a rock. But no matter where i use my ocarina, she wont come out. Is it because i havent got the last spiritual stone from the Zora's?

She won't come out whatever you do because this isn't a great fairy fountain...

The second fairy fountain wich really contains a real great fairy can only be found inside death mountain, and thats when you are big... i think

There are many Fairy Fountains in the game that offer pink fairies, but only six Great Fairy Fountains, which can be identified with the enclosed Fountain with a Triforce Symbol on the ground.
