on the dolphin website what is the download of the list for?how do i use it? i do not know how to do anything on dolphin i feel like a jackass help!!!!

It just shows the current compatibility of dolphin.
That download is pretty useless since that ini only works on the beta...
perhaps i should remove it someday....
