I looked around the forums and found a whole bunch of people with graphics issues - but no one with controller issues.
What is going on? I was using it yesterday with a PC ProPad (1 I think) and it worked beautifully - but now it wont let me play. I even tried a clean install and nothing happened - still freaking out.
Any help would be appreciated.

I tried a different plugin and it said it wanted DX 8.0
I have 9.0c. I'm pretty sure my install is corrupted somehow.

Scratch that- PJ64 is completely incompatible with the Sidewinder Strategic Commander. Too bad.

I don't think that's the problem. If a plugin fails to initialize, there's something else wrong. Make sure the correct dlls are where they need be and such.

I've had issues before, also. Not Sidewinder problems, mind you, but others like this. Why not uninstall pj64 and your controller and then reinstall them both? You could also try a system restore if it worked previously. I'm pretty sure that everyone has XP here by now...
