rice 6.0 plugin is not detected in my 1964 0.9.9 emu ..help please!!! i have extracted all the files in plugins folder

Are you sure that all files are in "Plugin" Folder?
If the archive was broken maybe not all files are extracted.
And be sure that the file "bmglib.dll" is placed under 1964´s Main folder.
