What the hell does that mean?! I have tried again later, ALL DAY ALMOST! damn! and it hasn't logged on yet! anyone know what the hell im talking about?

Don't get me wrong, my service isn't aol, its just aol instant messanger the program, i have like 109 people on my buddy list and i can't logon cause some of my friends were messing around with me and warned me up to 100% and i think that is it, i dunno, any help would be nice
