I got a problem with Naruto.

I've downloaded Naruto 3, but when I use it, it shows white and red lines.
when I press X it shows some white lines and 1 gray line. Im chosing one of the lines but then I get more white line. when I click X again, the screen gets black and nothing happens. what should I do? :huh:
