Hi, this emulator works with keyboard or only with joystick?

Whit keyboard too, but some games only work (not perfectly, but work) with joystik, for now.

does it save the progress in game? memory card?

not yet, but there are some unconfirmed rumors that v1.03 may have memory card support.
