no 3d card

i do not have a 3d video card and want to run 1964 or project 64 is there any way to use them or if there is a emulator that does not need a 3d card

Telling your video card might be helpful. Chances are, you'll be out of luck though.

Sorry, unlike PlayStation 1 emulation, you're required to get a 3D video card if you want to even play any Nintendo 64 game, because if you don't have a 3D video card, it's probably gonna be no faster than 5 FPS.

Have you ever tried Corn? I remember myself running it fullspeed using a 2MB video card.

I'm not kidding!
I remember that I had to disable the sound cause the CPU wasn't fast enough :p
I was amazed that it ran though...

I think there are drivers you can use, I think they're called glide wrappers or something.

BTW, shouldn't this go in General N64 Emulation Discussion?

2MB 3D card i think... ATI Rage II or Rage Pro, or maybe Matrox Mystique.
