fail to allocate memory???

Hi after i install project64 it gives me a messege that says fail to allocate memory and it says that every time I try to use it pleas tell me how to fix this

Are you definately using PJ64 1.6?

Post your system specs too - and try running in 98 compatability mode if you are using XP.
