No Parking "Double Yellow's" Piss Take

Well I was out this morning, and I just had to get my photo taken here.

For those of you who aren't from the UK, the double yellow lines which are painted on the floor mean No Parking.

Surely a piss take in this case? Or they clearly are worried about kids parking their model cars here!
