Pj64k help!

Ok 1st off i need speed my cruddy 3d card i know it works at full speed in fullscreen But in windowed ahh..u dont wanna know lets say 20.12FPS and at the official website (http://pj64k.emulation64.com/) it says do not go fullscreen or else it loses connection and iff you try to change to No Sound it still goes to amizars plugin
I wouldnt post this if i only played offline
