Creating XBox XBEs

Is this is an illegal question then go ahead and delete it but i was just wondering how to rip an XBox dvd so it can be read by a program like CXBX. I know that it has to be in XBE format but i don't know how to get it to that format.

I suspect the process is similar to ripping Gamecube disks, the discussion of which we frown upon. You'll have to do some research (google) outside this forum.
