How do u change games
like that guy doing the WWF No Mercy and updated the characters and adding arenas and clothes and stuff, how do u go inside the rom file and edit the stuff like that :plain:

You don't go into the rom file and edit anything at all. These changes are made possible through the incredible graphics plugin (http://www.emutalk.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=22000) written by Rice.

But its a .rar file how do I open that, I use Project64

Get WinRAR (http://rarlabs.com/rar/wrar342.exe) to extract files of .rar type...
and check your private messages.
