how do i find a right video plugins?

Have you even considered reading the help file that comes with pj64?

i just read it but still can't figure out wat to be set.
i try with each settings
but the game--some menus still missing

there is no currently available plugin better than Jabo's 1.4. That was in the notes in case there is better gfx plugins in the future. tough luck.
