I have a 350 watts PSU and is noisy as hell. So my question is: It is possible to change the PSU fan ? if yes... where I can find good deals? if you find a gooo deal on eBay please post it....

I'm sure it's possible, but it wouldn't be easy at all and also carries an element of danger to it.

Personally just go out and buy a proper quiet PSU if it bothers you that much.

PSU's are cheap, don't bother messing with your current one, just go out and buy a 450watt one, make sure its a quiet one though.

Agreed, i'd recommend the Hiper 425W power supply myself, got the same one here, its extremely quiet, has nocked 5C off my CPU temp, supports ATX up to 2.2, has gold plated connections, has 2 fans, your basic connectors, Sata connectors and has a 3 year warrenty. I'd highly recommend it for the price, you can get it for around £35

Nah, I have even opened CRT monitors with my dad and help him to repair them. Thanks for the info. It's very difficult to get quiet PSUs around here, you always end finding the same crap here... SO what I need is a normal case fan then, right?

normally, PSU are using standard 80mm Case fans, normally also only using the 2 normal wires (not the "data" one for the speed and so) unless your current PSU has it.

Is it squealing? If it is, probably not fan related. Probably one of the circuits. I had a 300W power supply that would do that.
