Stuck in Ocarina of Time

Everything was going fine untill I reach the part in the game where you open the door in the Temple of Time. I go there and the 3 jewlels aren't there and playing the Song of Time does nothing! What the hell is going on?!

Have you actually aquired the Jewels? Sounds stupid i know.....
Um....Did you get the cutscene with Zelda riding away and throws you the Ocarina as you enter Hyrule Castle town?
If you have these done, i have not got a clue.

What Jammy is trying to say is that you need the Ocarina of Time to play the Song of Time. Is the blue one that Zelda throws in the river beneath the castle bridge.
