here are some shots with zinc using petes epsxe plugins. check out the fps.
the first two are from rival schools. i had to manually set the fps because on auto it detected it as 30 and when i took off framelimitting it went to over 300.
the second two are from star gladiator . sorry about the size of the one.
the third set is from streetfighter ex.
these are with petes ogl2 plugin and im also using his sound plugin.
edit-dang , wish i could have used bitmaps instead of jpeg. it took all the color out.

Best 2D Street Fighter -- in my opinion -- is Street Fighter Alpha 3. Best 3D is Street Fighter EX 3 for PS2.
So, yes I believe it is worth your time to play it. :)

Nice, didn't even know there was an updated Zinc. Oh and what's with the screen settings? It hurts my eyes!

Yep. Way too dark. I turn scanlines off since they only degrade and darken the picture.

BTW there's some great but underrated games:
Ehrgeiz
Fighting Layer
Rival Schools
Star Gladiator
Star Gladiator 2 : The Nightmare of Bilstein aka Plasma Sword
I'll post some screenies later

Go to petes homepage and there is a tutorial on how to use them. you will have to google for it as i didnt bookmark it. just do a search for petes plugins and you will find it.
I like the scanlines look, however as i said in the first post using the jpeg instead of bitmap really took a lot of the quality out of the pics. It looks much better and colors are much brighter.
