I know my card isn't very good but I have no choice since I am getting my 9800 Pro RMAed.
In SM64, I hover around 30 FPS and I never drop lower or go any higher no matter what settings I use. In Zelda2, I hover around 16 FPS and no change in settings helps. In Zelda1, I hover at 20 FPS with the same problems. Paper Mario stands around 30 FPS. First I would like to know if these FPS is normal for my system? My resolution is at 1280x1024 and my AA is at 16x since it makes no difference what AA I use.
I hope my FPS is better when I get my 9800 Pro back but I want to know whats wrong.

ph33r teh hammy!
I used to have a Athlon XP 1800+, 512mb pc-133 and a radeon 9000 pro, and I can say right now that I always got 60fps, so I have no clue what your problem is. Heck, my friend has a laptop with a crummy card, 512mb PC-2700 and P4 2 grz, and even he gets 60 fps no matter what. Have you updated your drivers or anything? Windows update for the latest updates? Like directx and such?

That FPS´s are normal for an N64, but if you see slowdons, there´s a problem (AA)
