majora's mask cut off at bottom?

ok, i fixed the last problem by messing wiht settings... the other problem that i've always had is that majora's mask seems to extend down past the bottom of the screen, cutting things off... i can't see the bottom of most of the maps, ,rupees, etc. any ideas?

It's probably beucase it's a PAL-rom. PAL-roms have problems with height. This can be changed in the INI, though, I don't really know how. The best thing it to get another copy (if ur conenction is fast), a NTSC-copy. Those works best.
