www.opengl.org

If you don't find an OpenGL Driver for your card there, then you can download an OGL -> D3D Wrapper there.

hmm... why can't you download the d3d plugin of your choice and put it in the mupen64's plugin folder ? Mupen64 is compatible with all other emulators' graphic plugins. All the plugins are referenced in emutalk database.
