Problem With sound

Hello
I have a problem!!
I install dolphin 1.0.1 and i can heard some sound but not same i must heard!!!
The sound is really crapy!!
ikaruga , mario party 5 soul calibur 2 and other who have sound , me , i don't have sound , only crack but not sound!!
I have teste with an other computer and there are sound but not in my computer!!
What's Happened?

My specs : 3,2 Ghz , GeForce 5700 , Windows XP (not SP2) , Drivers 67.02 , Direct X 9.0.c , sound max digital audio

I buy today a Soundblaster live 24 Bits 7.1 but the sound is the same!!!!

I'm crazy!!!
