DxDiag problems with registry

I recently did a DirectX Diagnostic scan and checked under the input tab. Under the notes it says problems were found under the system registry. My guess is that my USB Dual Vibration Joystick is causing the problems since forcefeedback used to work, and doesn't anymore. Is there a way to totally remove the joystick from the registry and reinstall it? Thanks-minkster

You can search this "text file" to get more accurate details...

but the first action is to remove the (problably) defective joystick installation, then go back to dxdiag....
