FF I & II Won't Work On My Flash Card. Has Anybody Else Had This Problem?

Has anybody else had a problem trying to load Final Fantasy I & II on a flash card? I try to load it and the screen is just blank. It works find on GBA emulators but not on my GBA SP with flash card. Anybody else had this happen to them?

I dunno how much we should discuss these things, flash cards and all. There are probably patches out online to make them work, but I wouldn't know where to look.
