an odd error

i recently improved my graphics card from a 64MB NVIDIA Geforce 2 to a 256MB NVIDIA Geforce FX 5500. Before, i would use rices plugin on pj64 in directx mode, and it would run fine. Now when i use rices plugin in dircetx mode on pj64, the graphics are blocky/distorted/not there(black screen). Running in opengl works, but compatability is low.

I can still run fine in directx mode using 1964, so i know its not a hardware related issue.

Make sure you are using the 61.77 drivers from nVidia's site, and have DirectX 9.0c installed. If I remember right, you must enable Software T&L and the Software clipper to be compatible with your new card. You didn't need to enable this with a GeForce 2, thus the change you are getting.
