It's here in the board, but only a beta version with some bugs (like: you always see the SnapIt Button on your Pics if you do a snapshot in fullscreen and some others) only search in the board...

Edit: I've done it for you: http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=22629 here you will get this... and there's an update Utilities button in your old version... next time you can try this, then it should work too, I think.
