I have Project 64 ver 1.5 in my Laptop (AMD 1Ghz,WXP Home, 256 MB, ATI RAGE MOBILITY AGP Video Cad)
When I run Zelda64, Mario Cart 64 I can not see any letter! (so I can not follow any direction to play the game)

What can I do?

Of Course! all of it.

what I mean ?: I can not see any text . Graphics are kind of square , but are enough.

By the way I have DirectX 9 installed

CHange the video plugin... probably the video plugin you are trying can't draw the letters... or you have bad roms!?!

I tried evodoo and glide64 and nothing changed. I have used 3 different roms...and nothing happens :plain:

Did you try another videocard driver?
such as the new omega drivers?

1.4 of Jabo works great on those games. If that doesn't work, then it might be your drivers.
