Dolphin Teaser Error Message

Guys, i am from Brazil and dont speak english many whel...

I download Pokemon Collosseum, Dolphin Teaser for emulate it, and Directx 9.0c, but when i choose the game for start, the next message was showed:

>>Direct3D Device creation failed!<<

And the emulator crash, what i can do for play this rom?

First, it isn't a rom, it's a iso.
Then don't say download, we donÄt want to take about warez.
the next thing is why you don't do a search. It's been asked for thousand times.
And if you think the game is full playable, then I can ask you what are you dreaming of.
Buy a NGC and this game to play it...
My oh my...
Why all want to play GC without buying it?

Dear MasterPhW_DX... thanks for your education!

1º i think than isn't an ISO file, because the file extension is .gcm (please correct me if i am wrong)
2º i did one search, but i dont find same message error.
3º i likes dream, who know if you dream you dont have a life more happy?
4º i only want test the rom, but i can't!
5º at brazil the gc's prices it's too expensive, and the games too...
6º i needed help, answers with your i put at trash!

and for the friend sethmcdoogle i thanks your answer, it's all than i want know, i will trade my video card and make other test... \o/
