This is a brill game, but it has some speed issues, it slows down badly at some points, anyway to fix this, or any emulator that plays it better?

Yea, but there is a version out now for the GBA. And with brill game I think he meant "brilliant" game.

Hmmm... remake though the one for saturn was a master piece I dont think it comes close, but I have to check it out first.

well, i think that game have speed issues in the real hardware too, you can check the IGN review, i think it got very low scores because of that :(

Yeah... but that's only a little GBA, it never can play a saturn game in the same quality...
