Frame limit & frame skip features!

Well.. I think if chankast just have Frame limit & frame skip features, it could be almost perfect with it's current state.

I hope you chankast team make a quick update to chankast with FL/FS implemented..

Although Screen resolution settings save.. so not every time a person runs chankast set the resolution.
