looney, emutalk (and emulation64) chat using IRC on the EFNet server in #emulation64. You can access the room using a number of chat programs, the most popular being mIRC which you can get at www.mirc.com or if you want to avoid downloading software, Martin has a java applet installed at http://www.emulation64.com/chat.php

Just remember there are a few rules, dont beg for op status, dont flood, dont threaten, argue, or just annoy the ops. Dont ask for roms or illegal material... basically just dont be stupid and you will be fine.
