gfx dll error

:angry: when i hit the pj 64 icon it sais gfx dll error how do i fix this

and also where do i get the ini file and goodn64? plz help me if you can

there is no ini file, theres an rdb file which does the same thing
that, and goodn64, i got both from smiff's wonderful page at:
