In the screen the internet and paper,i see that can two player (split horizontal ly), how can i play with my brother (2 player) at same time ???

Ummm, ok, i see internet, so im guessing u wanna do this netplay wise? I don't understand what your quite saying, but to play it in Netplay, u need Project64k or 1964. Otherwise, I'd use N-Rages Input plugin, and simply configure and plug-in the 2nd controller from that plug-in
